Naming conventions are not interchangeable
camelCase, snake_case, kebab-case and PascalCase each belong somewhere specific - a JavaScript variable, a database column, a URL path, a class name. Converting between them by hand is quick for one string and error-prone for forty, and the errors are the silent kind that only surface as a mismatched key much later.
Doing it mechanically also handles the cases people get wrong under time pressure: acronyms, digits at a word boundary, and strings that were already in the target convention and should come out unchanged.
Counting what the limit actually counts
A meta description limit is characters, a word count target is words, and a reading-time estimate is words divided by a rate someone chose. These are different questions, and a tool that answers only one of them sends you to a second tool for the others.
Seeing all three at once is usually the point: you are trimming a paragraph to fit a character limit without dropping below a word count, and the two constraints pull in opposite directions.
